When someone uses the MEplify service, we may process account details, recipient names and phone numbers, message text, video and voice content, and information needed to deliver and manage messages. Our website host and service providers may also receive basic technical information, such as browser details and IP addresses, to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries; create, deliver, and display requested messages; support accounts; maintain security; and meet legal obligations. We do not use recipient phone numbers or messaging consent to send unrelated marketing messages.

MEplify investor demonstration texts

You can sign up for personalized video demonstrations and related product follow-ups from MEplify, a brand of Fourth Person Ventures, LLC, at our SMS signup page. We collect your mobile number, the consent wording and version you accepted, the signup page address, the date and time, and any later withdrawal. We use these records to manage your messaging preferences and retain evidence of consent. Authorized staff can review these records.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text messaging is pending activation. Once texts begin, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent now through our contact page.

We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described below does not permit selling or transferring messaging consent. Service providers may process this information only as needed to operate the program on our behalf.

When we share information

We may share information with companies that help us host the site, create and deliver video messages, send texts, and provide support. They receive information needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
